Grand Magician will be available in Single Server Resource Tycoon event and Halloween Party from Oct. 27th to Oct. 31st. Grand Magician is an Artifact suit that includes two parts - Outfit and Wings, collect 1 part to activate 1 skill and 2 to activate both skills:

Magician Blast（Max Level）

Deal (518%+19300) ATK DMG to the enemy with the highest ATK; the higher the target's current HP, the more damage this skill will deal; also reduces the target's DEF by 15% for 1 round.

Magician Strike（Max Level）

Deal (414%+15440 total DMG to an enemy in 4 hits and reduce their ATK by 25% for 1 round (this effect ignores immunities); this skill always Crits.
