New Features:
New Battle Pet: Monkey King

Optimizations:
1.Card Master: Optimized panel display
2.Eternal War Shop: Increased purchase limit
3.Monthly Card purchase panel: Optimized panel display
4.Team Area: Optimized team matching system to prevent players from using their own accounts with low scores to match low score teams.
5.Equipment Rebirth: Non-upgraded Artifact equipment is no longer able to be Rebirthed.

Bug Fixes:
1.Fixed a bug where Monkey King’s information was wrongly shown in Mini Theresa tip.
2.Fixed a bug where Dolphin Shield skill for the main character was not working properly with Enraged Might.
3.Fixed a bug where R14 and R15 pets could not be rebirthed correctly.
4.Fixed a bug where the GM panel cannot be opened.
5.Fixed a bug where hero cannot do normal attack when graced by Spectral Tiger.
