The Eternal Empire was created to rule over the remnant of the Human Alliance and oversee the rebuilding process. To maintain the safety of the Empire, a royal guard was created, consisting of elite fighters with Quaker at their command.

    Born into a millitary family, justice and order are his moral guidelines. Quaker was given the highest honor for doing a fantastic job at keeping the peace, all the people of the Empire trust him with their lives. 

    But this all changed the day Loki carried out the last stage of the Daemon Project. Loki's assistant Hela was the lover of Quaker, she could not let Loki experiment and kill the wounded Angel that was captured. She informed Quaker so that he could stop the cruelty. Quaker could not wait for the Royal Guard to mobilize, rushing into the lab, he saw that the experiment was already underway. 

    Loki and Quaker enganged in combat, and the fighting unstabalized the machines which set off an explosion of the Angel's power core. Astral City was consumed by the void space created by the explosion. Quaker's body was decimated, replaced by blue particles granting him great power known as God's Vision. His body is immune to common weapon and he can channel the particles into arrows to strike accurately at his targets.
