Lamia was the highest ranking officer of the SEED Regulatory Commission and directly under the command of Adolf. After the birth of the Bloods, Lamia was transferred to the Veil Spy Agency. 

    The presence of this spy agency can be seen throughout the big events on Sapphire so too is their effort to keep the peace. However the infiltration of Veil brought much pressure to Lamia, now she has to personally find the person responsible behind the release of the Prime Evils.
