Freda Starlight was the youngest of the three Starlights sisters and leader of the Watchers, a band of rangers.Since rules stated that the Elven Refuge was not allowed to have its own army, Freda's band of rangers were the only defence for her people. 

    When the Angels split into three empires, Freda's sisters joined the war-like Tempest Kingdom to exact revenge. Only Freda joined the Celestial Kingdom with the security of her home in mind. Fortuna allowed Freda to remain at the refuge and only join the Celestial Kingdom if there was war. 

    Freda is now in charge of restoring the Elven civilization and stop any further tragedy.
