Hallow’s Revel is an Artifact suit that includes two parts - Outfit and Wings, collect 1 part to activate 1 skill and 2 to activate both skills. Please note that the Wings will be available in Single-Server Resource Tycoon event (starts on Oct. 6th) and its Outfit will be available in Angel's Carnival event (starts on Oct. 8th).



Circle of Sealing（Max Level）
Deal ATK*(302%+11240) DMG to all enemies and reduce their ATK by 20% for 2 rounds (this effect ignores immunities).


Black Lightning（Max Level）
Deal ATK*(307%+11440) DMG to 3 random enemies with a 35% chance to stun the targets for 1 round (this effect ignores immunities).
