Update 4.27 - Heor Balance Adjustments

Optimizations:
1. Optimized stats display: Flat value increases now show in Green, percentage increases show in Orange
2. Changed the reward for collecting 60 stars in Main Dungeon from R3 Rune Pack to Bless Stone*5
3. Added “Blitz” function to Guild Dungeon
4. Renamed Pitchfork to Hellcoin
5. Slightly increased the bonus of Refine Chain
6. If you possess enough Mastery Stones to level up or upgrade Mount skill, a red exclamation icon will appear on the “Mount”button.

Hero Balance Adjustments:
1. Penn: Changed the Talent of Augment +12 from Hit to ATK value
2. Pandora: Changed the Talent of Augment +13 from Hit to ATK value
3. Palmer: Changed the Talent of Augment +11 from ATK rate to ATK value
4. Quaker: Changed the Talent of Augment +13 from Hit to DEF rate
5. Fortuna: Changed the Talent of Augment +14 from ATK rate to ATK value
6. Doyle: Changed the Talent of Augment +9 from ATK rate to ATK value
7. Aurora: Changed the Talent of Augment +14 from Hit to ATK value
8. Norris: Changed the Talent of Augment +12 from Hit to ATK value
9. Pan: Changed the Talent of Augment +11 from Hit to ATK value
