Update 6.29&6.30| New Feature: MOD Center

New Features:
1. The MOD Center is now online. Players can click the “GM” button under the minimap to ask questions or apply to be a Mentor.
2. Added new Lock function to Hero Shop. Players can now lock Epic or Legendary Hero shards in the shop, but these will cost extra Topaz to purchase.

Optimization:
1. Reduced Diamond cost for reseting Elite Dungeon (the new costs are 20, 30, 50, and 80 Diamonds).

Bug fixes:
1. Fixed a bug Pamela’s battle results.

2. Fixed a bug preventing players from using X-Server Expedition Title.
