Moira was thee heir of the Apocalypse line of Angels, one of the seven Supreme Council members and founder of the Tempest Kingdom. She not only excels at combat, but also possesses the 'Eye of Apocalypose' that can detect the flow of energy in all things.
As heir to the older generation of Angels, Moira believes firmly keeping the Angel race pure. Chapter 31 of the Divine Law prohibits Angels from giving birth to a child of mixed races.
To outsiders, Moira is a cold and ruthless ruler focused on creating an Empire where Angels have absolute control. To her followers, Moira brought in a new age of prosperity which can withstand any and all evil.
